For sharing with a client
A short explanation of an online Sandoria sandbox session that a psychologist can send to a client before the meeting.
During the meeting, your psychologist may invite you to work not only through conversation, but also through an online sandbox: a calm space with sand and figures where you can create a scene, image, or feeling.
Just open the link from your psychologist and be somewhere you feel comfortable talking.
You can choose figures intuitively. You do not need to know in advance what you want to build.
Only you and your psychologist enter the session. Please do not share the link with others.
The whole path usually takes less than a minute.
Your psychologist will send you an individual invitation to the session.
On the page, you will see the specialist's name and can join the meeting.
You will be able to choose objects, move them through the sand, and create your scene.
Your psychologist will be there to ask questions, notice details, and support the process.
The sandbox helps express what can sometimes be difficult to put into words right away. You can choose figures, place them in the space, and notice what image appears.
Your psychologist does not evaluate your scene or look for one correct meaning. What matters more are the feelings, associations, and thoughts that appear for you in the process.
If at some point you want to pause, change the scene, or simply talk, that is fine. The pace of the meeting remains yours.
The sandbox is available for 90 minutes from session creation. It then closes automatically for you and your psychologist.

A few simple things can make the online session calmer.
A larger screen makes it easier to see the sandbox and move the figures.
Try to be somewhere you will not be interrupted and where you can speak freely.
You do not need to act quickly in the sandbox. You can pause, look at the scene, and listen to yourself.
The sandbox page shows the general format of the online space.
