This document is a public offer agreement (the "Offer") from [[IP Kislova Varvara Andreevna, TIN 741516996649, OGRNIP 326745600144581, LEGAL ADDRESS 456320, Russia, Chelyabinsk region, Miass city, Molodezhnaya street, building 12A, apartment 31]] (the "Provider") and contains all material terms for the provision of services. Payment for the services constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Offer.
The Provider grants the User a paid subscription that provides access to the Sandoria platform and its features (online sandplay therapy, webinars, intensive programs, consultations) for the paid period. The subscription grants a right to use the service and is not payment for an individual session or consultation.
Subscription payments are processed via the YooKassa payment service using a bank card or the Fast Payment System (SBP), in Russian rubles. The subscription is activated once payment is received.
The User may request a refund on any day the subscription is active. The refund amount is calculated proportionally to the number of unused subscription days using the formula: subscription price / 30 × remaining days. Requests must be sent to info@sandoria.org. Refunds are processed within 10 (ten) business days of receiving the request, to the payment method used for the original purchase.
The Provider is not liable for any indirect damages incurred by the User in connection with the use or inability to use the platform.
The Provider may unilaterally amend the terms of this Offer by publishing a revised version on this page.
